Instructions
MEDPore 2023 will be a conference with physical presence. The oral presentations will be divided into Session A and Session B and will be presented in rooms “Megas Alexandros” and “Achilles” respectively. All the keynote talks will be given in room “Megas Alexandros”.
Speaker’s Instructions
The scientific program will follow a given time schedule and all the oral communications should not exceed the limit specified below:
- Keynote Lectures 30 min including discussion
- Invited & Oral Lectures 20 min including discussion
Speakers are encouraged to load their presentation in the MEDPore 2023 computers which will be available in the rooms. The accepted presentation formats are Powerpoint or PDF. In order to avoid delays and compatibility problems, you must load and test your presentation, the latest, in the break before your presentation session.
There will be always a member of the support team there, at least twenty minutes before the start of the presentations in order to assist you.
Poster presentation
There are two poster session presentations. All posters must have been pinned on the designated board for the duration of their presentation.
The poster board dimensions are:
- 1.00m x 1.00m with actual display area of 94cm height x 80cm width.
- Blu-Tac & scotch tape will be provided at the secretariat desk for poster display.

Poster Session 1 – Wednesday 17 May, 18:35 – 20:00
Poster Session 2 – Thursday 18 May, 18:45 – 20:15
Language
The official conference language is English.
